Downloading your Assessment from an iPhone or iPad

1. Log in at https://app.precisionhealthreports.com

2. Navigate to your Reports tab

3. On the Reports tab, you’ll see the row(s) for your report(s).

4. Drag over to the right and you’ll see the green report icon just after “Completed”.

5. Click on the report icon and your report will download to your device.

6. You will see a little blue arrow in your URL bar that indicates a downloaded item. Click it.

7. Depending on your device settings you may get a couple of intermediate questions like are shown in this video.

8. Follow the questions and your report will pop up on your screen.
