Did you know?
Cardiovascular disease is the #1 leading cause of death for both men and women in the U.S.
Every year, about 805,000 Americans have a heart attack.
About 2 in 10 deaths from coronary artery disease happen in adults less than 65 years old.
People with established cardiovascular disease spend an average of +$19,000 more annually on medical care.
Diabetes is the 7th leading cause of death in the U.S.
More than 88 million US adults—over a third—have prediabetes, and more than 84% of them don’t know they have it.
Medical costs for people with diabetes are 2x as high as for people who don’t have diabetes.
Don’t become another statistic. Get the only personalized cardiometabolic health assessment that uses the NMR Lipoprofile with your relevant clinical history to give you a personalized view of your cardiometabolic risk.
How our assessment process works for you:
Once you place your order, you receive a secure link to answer your medical history survey. This 5-minute Preassessment Questionnaire provides the relevant context for your assessment.
We coordinate your blood draw at a LabCorp lab in your area to have your relevant, outcome-proven biomarkers drawn. The blood draw is a walk-in appointment that takes about 5 minutes.
If you use the BYO-Labs option, skip this step!
Within about 5 days you receive your comprehensive and actionable risk assessment report on our platform to share with your healthcare provider. Your report uniquely identifies your risk and relevant target values.

Our Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment gives you a complete picture of your:
Individual metabolic risk factors & Metabolic Syndrome Severity Score.
10-year & 30-year Cardiovascular Event Risk using PREVENT, 40+ risk enhancing factors, and personalized lipoprotein goals.
5-year Diabetic Risk and HOMA-IR.
Labs included: Cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, ApoB, fasting insulin, lipoprotein (a), hemoglobin A1c, basic metabolic panel, and hsCRP inflammation biomarkers.

Advanced Metabolic Health Assessment
The Advanced Metabolic Health Assessment is a slimmed-down version of the Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment. Individual metabolic risk factors & Metabolic Syndrome Severity Score.
8-year Diabetic Risk and Lipoprotein Insulin Resistance Score (LP-IR).
Labs included: NMR-measured ApoB and cholesterol, insulin resistance, hemoglobin A1C, and fasting glucose.

Annual Subscription 3/year
You can now “set it and (not) forget it” with an annual subscription plan for 3 Cardiometabolic Risk Assessments per year.
For just $50 charged monthly, you’ll receive your initial Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment now then Follow-up Cardiometabolic Risk Assessments about every 4 months.
Your initial Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment helps you establish your baseline risk for metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and ASCVD events like heart attack or stroke.
Your Follow-up Cardiometabolic Risk Assessments will show the impact of your dietary, lifestyle, and medical interventions so you will know if these interventions are helping reduce your risk.
Note: if you have previously had your initial Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment done, your subscription will start with a Follow-up Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment that shows your progress since your first report.
Annual Subscription 2/year
You can now “set it and (not) forget it” with an annual subscription plan for 3 Cardiometabolic Risk Assessments per year.
Note: if you have previously had your initial Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment done, your subscription will start with a Follow-up Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment the shows your progress since your first report.
Single Lipoprotein(a) Blood Draw
High Lipoprotein(a) or Lp(a) is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease and ASCVD events such as heart attacks and strokes. Unfortunately, only about 3% of people have had their Lp(a) measured.
The American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the National Lipid Association (NLA) recommend a one-time screening for individuals at high risk for heart disease or who have a family history of early heart attacks or strokes.
We recognize that our full Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment may not be something everyone wants to do. However, we want to maximize Lp(a) screening access by offering a stand-alone Lp(a) blood draw.

-
Yes! We are set up with our payment processor to accept FSA debit cards so you can pay for your assessment with pre-tax dollars.

For the Universal Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment, the labs include a lipid panel with ApoB, Lipoprotein(a), fasting insulin, hsCRP, hemoglobin A1c, and a metabolic panel (glucose + eGFR).
The Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment includes an advanced lipid panel with LP-IR and either ApoB or LDL-P, GlycA, Lp(a)*, a metabolic panel and Hemoglobin A1c -
Your typical clinical visit has imprecise lipid values and almost never includes particle measurement that is the most accurate tool to measure your cardiovascular risk. Additionally, our Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment is the only assessment that integrates your relevant clinical history with the outcome-proven biomarkers from LabCorp.
Don’t just take our word for it…

Robb Wolf, NYT/WSJ best-selling author of The Paleo Solution, Wired to Eat, and Sacred Cow
“I've been fascinated by the idea of screening for conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, but I've been underwhelmed with what's available. Most screening is woefully incomplete and the way that folks receive their information leaves them more confused than before they received their lab work. All of that changed when I met Dr. Bill Cromwell, who not only has been a remarkable mentor to me in all things lipidology and metabolic health, but he has zeroed in on what is most important to look at but perhaps even more importantly, how to communicate that information to all of us. Via Precision Health Reports, you can assess your risk of developing heart disease and diabetes, and gain solid diet and lifestyle insights to either maintain your good health or help inform better diet and lifestyle to address your unique situation.”

Mary Sall. Happy individual Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment Report customer
"All the years I had annual blood work done, I never understood the results. I just filed it away. Precision Health Reports puts everything in perspective for me. I love the charts, graphs, and links to explanations.
You make this easy for someone not in the medical field to understand!"

Chief (ret) Patrick Flannelly, Retired Chief of Police, West Lafayette Police Department
Having had over 100 of our officers tested, we learned that 75% had at least one high-risk factor for cardiovascular disease identified. A few had significant issues that were previously undiagnosed. With this information, we are able to direct officers to the appropriate medical or professional resources for care or assist them internally through our own training officer at the department. But a complete assessment and officer wellness program all starts with the right testing and identifying the risk factors.
